Recommendedthis episode was ok a little strong on the upsell. I tried to have it done last week and was told it would be at least an hour. we went out to lunch and when we came back we were still waiting to go in. when they started putting new people in ahead of us, we left. they were very busy but my time is important to me. wasted 1.5 hours

They were great. People were great. Service time was reasonable. The only thing we were disappointed about was we has oil spilled on the grill, bumper and engine compartment that didn't get cleaned up. However, that aside we will still be back and recommend them to others.

My husband and I are from California. Traveling through Idaho Falls our battery light came on indicating there was something wrong with alternator. We drove right into Grease Monkey they took us right away, gave us an estimate within just a few minutes and had it fixed and we were back on the road and literally in an hour and a half. I give Grease Monkeys five stars!
