RUN!!! They installed my brake pads BACKWARDS!! How is that even possible! Then, when I demanded to take my pickup elsewhere, the DISTRICT MGR Mark, ph # 253 258 8824, Cussed and yelled at me! I had to take it to Les Schwab to get it done right (shoulda done that first) and then when driving the 2 miles between shops the backwards pads had ruined my rotors, Mark promised to send me money to cover the damages, and then 2 weeks later called me and cussed at me again and said he wasn't sending the money as he'd promised.
