RecommendedThe techs were very courteous and thorough. Being the first Sunday they were back open due to the pandemic I felt bad that there were only two. But, they had us in & out in no time. Popping in & out to double check on our oil preferences. My husband & I will def be going back because of them. Thanks again!
RecommendedI really enjoy this store. I have been using them since I moved here, and every time I am met with cheerful technicians. Oil changes are one of those things we don't think much about until the check engine light goes on. Before using this store, I would go to nearest oil change shop, name was immaterial. The employees at this location changed my mind, I think of them immediately when it's time for oil change. I finally am getting it changed and I called Grease Monkeys and they said first come first serve. I was expecting a long wait so I got my daughters entertainment bag ready and headed over. well when charging you $65.00 for a Vehicle Diagnosis don't you think listing whats wrong with the car on the invoice so you have a general Idea of whats wrong with it? Yes they told me over the phone, but I'm not a Mechanic, It would be like a doctor telling them in (medical) terms whats wrong with them, you think they would understand? RecommendedWent yesterday for an oil change and was pleasantly surprised with the quick service! Everyone was extremely friendly and I was in and out in no time
They only use a synthetic blend that is twice as expensive as any other oil. Ford does not require this blend, yet that is all they will put in the car. Kia does not require this blend, yet that is all they will put in the car. Live and learn. Which I had with the Kia, but then my 17 year old daughter went there with her Ford and they pulled the same game on her. Charged a hard working kid with little money $70 for an oil change!
