Very polite, informative but not pushy on items needing taken care of soon. I was taken care of from the moment I pulled into the parking lot. An attendant was there to help me. waiting area was warm, clean and comfortable. i was able to get an oil change and wiper blades swapped out in less than 30 minutes duringmy lunch hour. before letting me drive off they physically showed me fluid levels and that the computer reset itself for oil life percentage.
The staff is awesome. The oil change was fast and they have cookies while you wait.
