Went to get my Mercedes serviced they over filled my oil. My engine light came on called them to have them fix the issue manager At Midlothian location in Richmond Virginia stated it wasn’t from them over filling my oil said it was a sensor! Funny how the sensor messes up after you over filled my oil! Do not get your luxury vehicle serviced here! Very careless!

WHY GO HERE IF THE DEALERSHIP IS CHEAPER?!? Today I got an oil change and tire rotation. I was told by an employee to get full synthetic in my car which was fine and I know it’s more expensive. I was also told to get my tires rotated but I have newer tires but being the trusting person I am I said go ahead and rotate them. I was never told the price of my service.
