The rooms stunk like old smelly hotel rooms. �Thankfully we had fun riding go karts, playing putt putt, and playing at the water park (even though it wasn't as good as I was expecting.)
After waiting in line just to buy the tickets for laser tag me and my fiance and her sister waited in line for an hourto play laser tag. then were told by staff that they were closing the arena early while there was still a large line of people who had been waiting a long time. Staff was very unapologetic and while there were several ( 5 im pretty sure ) employees behind the counter they only opened one register to give refunds. cashier and other employees did not speak with any of us. We love it here we always stay here when we come to Branson.
Excellent service, Excellent food!! The lunch buffet is well worth the price compared to fast food!!
Have always had great times here! Kids 6 & 7 love the water parks and the shows can't be beat. Buffet, game room, pizza place, go-karts,concert hall etc all on same campus. Book a package deal and you will understand the value!

My family & I spent Memorial Day weekend there.. We absolutely enjoyyyyyyed it!!! My kids loved it and didn't want to leave..We will be back before this summer is over...The spring break package comes with so much and that $395 was well spent...
I read reviews before I booked. I don't know what issues was. But staff and maids were very friendly shows was awesome. Restaurants was very good and not pricey. Definitely will come back soon. If you have never stayed there before I highly recommend you give them a try
