The employee walked past us waiting at entrance of laser tag for 15 minutes. I complained about the wait. A employee found the laser tag employee sitting on the floor. The employee wasted my limited time. The laser tag game was def the best in area for 10 year olds. The employee ruined the experience. Stop being lazy on ur paid job.
We transfered to this hotel on the 4th of July due to rain so my kids could play on the water park. The park was very dirty there were band aids in the lazy river drain it was disgusting. There is really no where to change id you just pay for the water park. The hotel room beds were uncomfortable and not up to what I say is resort style. The TV in our room had blown speakers and the microw Ave was filthy. There was a rail in the waterpark that was duct taped and painted and my husband almost fell leaning on it. I've been here several times and I've never really had a problem. We were there for a birthday party. My only complaint was that the bathroom needed some attention...there was soggy toilet paper all over the floor and clothing tags where people had bought new bathing suits and just threw the tag down. Also the toilets were kinda nasty.
We took our grandkids, had an absolute blast, busy all the time and the Buffett is wonderful. I highly recommend this place for vacations with children.
Just got home and we had great stay. No problems at all. My kids can't wait to go back. My 2 yr old loved the outside water park and my 7 yr old loved the slides inside. It was a great time and we can't wait to go back.
We had a great time there the only thing was the bed was a little hard but other than that we had a great time ower check in time was at 3pm we got there at 6pm no waiting no hassle service was wonderful so many things to do right there at the resort just wish we had a few more days to do stuff the kids had a great time we will definitely be going back there
The only thing that kept me from giving a five star review is the rooms were extremely damp. I know the humidity is beyond the resorts control but the HVAC needs updating to accomadate the wetness. The papers on the dresser are soaked from the wetness in the room air. . We had a 5, 9, 13 and 14 year old. Everyone had a wonderful time. We hope to return soon
Very friendly staff, room clean and enjoyed fireworks from park in lot.
Excellent place to stay with kids. We loved it and our kids alike. You guys run an awesome establishment and the staff was extremely nice. Thanks for all that you guys do
