Neat place overall, nice to have an indoor water area, even if it's small and geared more towards younger kids. Also nice to have 3 pools on site. In the middle of everything, can walk to neighboring restaurants and other attractions. Rooms could use some updating and carpets need to be cleaned. Bring extra 💲for the fun spot attractions. A good overall bargain if you have kids!

We have stayed here before and we enjoyed it but this time we stayed the only thing I had to complain about was when I went to go to bed I turned the sheets back and they had blood on them. Not just one sheet but all of them! gross!! So I called to get new sheets and they brought more. Then the room had ants really bad.. The water park is more for little kids. We went to one show and I wasn't to impressed.. it use to not be like this when we stayed before but this time it wasn't the best

Had a fun time stayed 2 days, rooms were clean and beds comfortable, the shows there were great. Would have gave a 5 star but rooms were supposed to be done by 2 got there at 3 to check in and said they wont be ready till 4 to come back for key to room, got there at 4 and had to wait back in the long line till almost 5 to get the key. Need a separate line to pick up keys

Couldn't have had a better time. Didn't really even have to leave the resort because there was so much to do there.

This was my 1st time visiting this park it was a pretty neat place I feel that charging $15 for someone 2 sit an watch is a little ridiculous an I feel that it needed 2 be updated an maybe another slide an a bigger lazy river but overall it was a decent experience

Wonderful place to stay... Staff was friendly.... nice clean room.... kids loved bunk house beds. The water park was a hit for my lil guy. Pools are small and get crowded fast.... bigger kids seem to not take in consideration of younger kiddos.... and some adults as well. The kicker is....no lifeguards at pools.... and some parents didn't care what their kids were doing....

Went with my daughters 17 and 11, and my son 9. This place has it all, prices are resonable compared to other places. The water park is a bit small, but the other activities make up for it. We did a 2 night stay and the kids were wore out.

Prefer Gatlinburg to Branson... Although my 2-10 year old grandsons enjoyed it..they also loved Frankenmuth, MI..bigger and better water park..
