Water park was awesome for my kids 5 & 1). Check in staff was amazing, and the buffet was a good buffet, but the service was outstanding and went above and beyond. I was on the fence due to up and down reviews but I think we found our new Branson vacation hotel! This place is fantastic!
We all loved it. The kids love their bunk beds too
Bunkhouse room clean but a bit pricey. Water park and arcade area definitely geared toward younger kids. Had fun but with prices will likely not come back to stay here
This place is amazing. They have a great family fun environment. It's pleasing to adults an the children. The rooms are fantastic. It's been an all around great experience. First time being n Branson and I would most definitely reccomened it to others. I will most definitely be coming back again.
We loved it! We spent New Years Eve at Grand Country. Staff was so nice. Room was clean. Nice value for your money with the 3 day package. Lots to do with the kids. I love the fridge & microwave in the room. My only complaint is the indoor pool & hot tub needs updating but..We'll be back!
Went to indoor water park. The kiddie pool was warm. The main part with the slides was like ice water. Several families were commenting about that. Had the water been heated, I would have rated it 5 stars. It was way too cold.
***Christmas Package*** My family of 5 had a great time! We had the 2 night 3 day package deal. Check is was fast and easy and they explained everything to us. The rooms we're nice. Clean and remodeled. We came about 5 years ago and rooms we're not that great. But very nice now! We played at the fun spot, had a great time, the indoor go cart track was new to us and very fun! We had a wonderful time. The only negative comment is that the pool water was really cold. We enjoyed the mini golf, go carts, the shows, the food, and the room. We will definitely be back. Thanks for a great vacation.
Our room was charged to our account before we even checked in. One of the beds was broke when we inspected our room. Indoor water park is geared more for children 6 and under. Lazy river has a limited amount of tubes available. No clean towels, just piles of dirty towels on a cold winter day. After playing games and swimming we returned to park our car and No parking spaces were available. Three kids and 18 degrees outside. My wife was told by desk clerk that parking is not guaranteed.
