Worst vacation ever!! The customer service at the buffet, the mining company the pizza place and the water park itself was terrible!! The indoor pool at the hotel had teenage kids coming in with their own towels and backpacks, cussing and flipping each other off. My children and I witnessed a CPL making out intentsly in the hot tub and caught two girls shooting up in the bathroom of the indoor pool house of the hotel. Wonderful place to stay with the kids. We enjoyed every minute of it.
Stayed here over Mother's Day weekend 2018...and it was prefect. So much too do all in one large parking lot. Rooms are very clean, updated, and the bunk bed's with its own tv and separate wall (14 and 10 year olds) loved it. They offer enough without having to leave the resort. Will go back again! Room #509 building 3(I believe) the housekeeper was great.
We stayed 1 night, room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the water park was fun. Food was decent at the buffet for the price. Only giving it 4 stars bc there is such a small area for children 4 and under at the water park. Also 2 of the life guards were rude, and looked as though they hated their jobs to the fullest.
This place is awful! The rooms are motel quality. I had brown smear marks on the bathroom door and jam. Hair in the shower. Stains on carpet. Fridge didn't work. Air conditioner broke at 11pm. Had to move all my sleepy children into a new room! Paid for 2 extra more people in our room with no where to sleep them! The glorified splash pad ("waterpark") was gross and dingy. And the staff was rude, except the maintenance guy who was fast, apologetic, and kind! That's the only nice thing I have to say!
