Awesome, awesome, awesome! Everyone was very hospitable, our room was great, we had a blast at the water park and arcade. Great time!
This was the first time that I've stayed but I know that every time from now on will be here if possible. The service was great the room was awesome. The food was delicious. And the entertainment and attractions were fun.
The rooms were awful! The first night staying there we asked for extra towels never got them! Ants all in the bathroom and the carpets were disgusting my baby couldn’t even crawl on the floor without turning her knees and clothes completely black! � I sure hope it comes out of her clothes

Just got back from our trip to Branson. We booked the all inclusive package and it was well worth the money. Never got a chance to do everything on site but it just gives us a reason to fo back! Two+ thumbs up and would recommend this place to families, couples, anybody who wants a relaxing time and an enjoyable time! Definitely the go to hotel in Branson!
My family had a wonderful time! The staff was very helpful and polite. Check in was fast and convenient. The waterpark is better for smaller kids but they also have a pool my older son really enjoyed. We bought a Summer package deal, and it was well worth it. My kids are already asking when we can come back. One other thing we really liked was the open hours. They are open late which allowed us to rest after swimming and then have time to do the other activities.
Very disappointing and I’m staying here right now 6/8/18 One of the main reasons we came here is the indoor go kart track. My son was super excited to ride the gokarts and now we go to ride and he’s just a little too short so guess what no go kart track which is one of the coupons that they give you when buy a package to stay here. And will only exchange for a round of golf (we hate golf ). We stayed here and had the best time! Our room was great, very clean, only took us 15 min. to get checked in, and staff was really friendly and helpful. Plan on going back in July!
We bought day passes for the water park, for our family of five. It cost $85 total, but we had a wonderful time so we didn’t mind the cost. However, after seeing all the resort has to offer, we decided after our swim we might want to spend the night and enjoy the other amenities. We were so disappointed that there was no upgrade option to turn our day passes into a nights stay, especially since the water park is free to guests of the hotel.
