They NEED to heat their indoor pools to a somewhat decent temperature other than Freezing- We like going- BUT we never get to experience the pool for very long because the kids are freezing...

Absolutely loved this place. My husband and I brought 4 of our children ages ranging from 17-7 and there was something for everyone to do. Kids had a great time and are already asking when we get to come back. The ppl are extremely pleasant. Even though the water park is geared more towards the younger group, the older kids still made the best of it. The food is delicious, the rooms were very clean. We didn't have enough towels so my 7 yr old called the front Desk and within 15 min they had brought us more towels. The shoes ... read more

Over an hour long just to check in, mold in our room with dirty carpets. Indoor water area was disappointing. No pool to really swim around in and the lazy river never had enough rafts. Restrooms offered no space for changing and were very dirty.

The grandsons had fun, but the water was very cold and it was spring break. The chlorine smell was so strong would burn your eyes. The positive parts were the golf, arcade (packed), 10 p.m. cake and popcorn free for spring break party and the indoor go carts and bumper cars. Negative, other than cold water and chlorine, took OVER one and a half hours just to check in. Folks started getting inpatient and cutting the line. Check in very disorganized and confusing. Buffet prices, costly.

Just arrived. Greeted with 120 minute wait to check in. Manager refused to talk to me or help organize the chaos in the lobby. Relatives in adjoining room had to wait longer for room because it wasn’t cleaned yet (after 5pm). Made it to our room and the comforter had foods stains (fresh) and there was a dirty pair of underwear in the bathroom. Worst place I have ever stayed at. Run, don’t walk away!
