The rooms were filthy and the furniture broken. None of the drawers closed and the Tv didn't work. The carpet was filthy. After walking in the room for like 4 min my daughter's feet where black and dirty. We had to wear flip flops the rest of the time we were there. I called to complain several times and no one ever answered the phone in the front desk. I'm not giving it a 1 because my daughter did enjoy the pool and the arcade games at the Fun Spot. Will not stay there again. Gross!
We enjoyed our stay at Grand Country! The shows, waterpark, fun spot, and buffet were all fun! The wifi was not good though. Lots of fun things to keep kids entertained.
We Love Grand Country Resort, the kids love room with bunk beds. The indoor Water Park is awesome they love lazy river, Big Water Barrel. Everything about Resort is great, well check in time can be better but over all I give it's a "9". We go every year.
Our room was clean and cleaned every morning. We had plenty of towels. I called one night to have more towels sent to the room. They were delivered in 15 minutes. We had wonderful friendly service at this property. We enjoyed the buffet, gift shops, the shows, the fun spot (activities on the property were a bonus) and the water park. The indoor go carts were awesome! The water park is small- only 2 slides indoors and well as the pools. There is no comparison between this water park and the Great Wolf Lodge! Don't stay here. Cost us almost $1000 for a week and it's 4:30pm and no one has came and cleaned our room or anything. I do not recommend it. After being gone all day people would like to come back to a clean room that they are paying a lot of money for. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
We usually come here once a year. We have always had a great time.
Our boy loverd his bunk bed. That's the only reason why I am giving this hotel a 2. Our room was old and somewhat dirty. We walked in and the ceiling was flaking off. We went to find the maid to vacuum it up and she did not help. Her response was "they do that all of the time. And I am going to lunch." So my husband took her vacuum and did it himself. And just the overall smell in the room was not great. We won't be returning.
My family of 5 kids ranging ages 6,3,1 had a wonderful stay here 4 days 3 nights ....its centrally located... it accommodated my 6 with big boy stuff and our 3 and 1 yr old with the kiddy pools. .. We will definitely be going back soon !!
Very rude staff ! We got in at 4:30 and room wasn't ready. Took 4 hours to get clean towels. To top it off.... bugs in our room!!
