Lady at the front desk was wonderful. We have vacationed here many times and have always had a clean room. Staff friendly. Treated my elderly parents with respect.
If you have small kids- YOU NEED TO GO HERE! We did the vacation package and it delivered. The Amazing Pet Show was so cute- our boys loved it. The waterpark was fun and clean! We went for a weekend and it was perfect. Wish we could have stayed longer. Indoor go karts were a blast. Arcade was fun (some of the machines were broken but still a lot of options). Me and my family been here since Thursday we really enjoyed our time here. The indoor water park was awesome. Bonding time is well needed.
Everything from top to bottom was great. Staff was very friendly, rooms very clean, buffet was hot and tasty, shows were nice. Kids loved the fun center. Water park was fun for the kids. Will definitely go back again.
We just came back from spending 4 nights. My kids are asking when we can go back. We had such an amazing time and it was completely worth every penny. I highly recommend the Amazing pet show and the Grand Jubilee. My kiddos just loved it. We will forsure be going back in te future
For over 20 years Bon Ami Tours has been staying here. Sooo how's that for a positive rating. The shows...the food... the activities... the convenience to the strip. All in all a great "All in one" resort.
Check in process is a joke and the place is obviously understaffed. Branson is a multimillion dollar tourist area and this place has to be making a fortune. Seems to me they are just being cheep. Based on other reviews, this is a known issue unlikely to change do to management.
Was never sent a confirmation email after booking. When I called to check on it nobody answered their phones all day. When I finally got through and asked for a manager I requested to cancel my reservation and was intentionally hung up on by the manager. Do not stay here they do not care about the customer at all.
Such a wonderful vacation. Price is great. Rooms were awesome. Pools were so much fun! Loved this hotel and the whole experience! My kids were in heaven with all the excitement. We can't wait to return. One of our favorite vacations!
