Will not stay here again with other water park's in Branson. Was told on a Friday night had to stay two nights to get a room. News flash most people had to leave Saturday morning going home. I would give a zero but doesn't go that low.
The only problem we had was checking in. We were told check in was from 2-5. We arrived at 4:30 and was told room wasn't ready and someone would call us when ready. At 5 p.m. we were in lobby and being in a long line a second time, I called on my phone to find out what was up. I tried calling 4 times no one picked up phone. I finally got through and was told our room still wasn't ready. I said you guys said between 2-5 a lady told me yes ma'am that's what we told you. She stated I will meet you out in the lobby. The customer service is horrible. I called multiple times prior to our visit and never got to speak to anyone. The once or twice that someone did answer, I was immediately placed on hold and forgotten about. I waited in line for an hour in the lobby just to check in. Our room was on the opposite side of the property from the waterpark and there is no parking near the waterpark so we had to walk all the way there and back in the cold with 3 small children with wet hair. Check in was horrible. Carpet in the room was disgusting needs to be shampooed are feet was black from it. The the indoor pool was cold.
Everything was fun for the kids.the only thing I can say is check in was late because of rooms not being cleaned and the line to check in was extremely long.but with that said everyone was very nice and my kids enjoyed it!
Had a blast the kids enjoyed it and so did we. The staff was very friendly and the shows were amazing
We got the spring break package. We were very satisfied with everything. Our 10 year old had a blast! I would definitely recommend it to a friend. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was worth the money.
ent for a birthday party. Disorganized upon check in. The concept of this place is good. Reality is far from that. Outdated. Dingy. Dirty. Crowded. Too pricey for what you get. Massive amounts of chlorine, hours after we've left and my eyes are still on fire. It must be so filthy to be giving off those toxic fumes. The ground was slimy. Crap caught in the filters around the lazy river. This place might be suitable for very young children, 4-8 range. Anyone else is gonna get bored really quickly.
No parking, 60 plus people waiting in lobby to check in...one person working front desk..rooms aren't ready. WHAT IS GOING ON? They are not addressing issues or addressing customers...I have never experienced anything like this! WILL NOT BE BACK!
