It is a nice place.. Very clean rooms.. Staff was nice that day.. Only issues were minor.. Not enough seating in the waterpark for the size of crowd.. Waterpark was over chlorinated and caused my son to break out in a small rash. Breakfast was really good for the price. Overall my kids really enjoyed themselves.

Super family friendly place! Room was clean but nothing fantsy. There is so much to do there that we only left to eat a couple of times and go to Fritz's Adventure which is a must.

Horrible experience at the fun spot. Not enough employees to handle the crowd. Ridiculous long wait times. We had to leave before we could even use the tickets we paid for. Would not recommend this place at all!

Waste of money! Made my 3 year old pay $15 and all he could do was a baby pool with slide! No showers, chlorine was horrible! Lazy river was a joke, only had like 15 tubes and the river was just one big circle. Long line to wait for a tube as well. Very small and crowded, not fun at all!

The Front Desk doesn't even know where the rooms are located. Gave us a map, they marked an X denoting the room was in the first building. We circled the parking lot twice and finally found our room in a different building altogether. They will NOT provide handicapped rooms upon request - we were told you could ask for one but it would be up to the manager if you get one or not. I could go on, but those are enough reasons not to go there again.

My son was in the water for 39 minutes and started choking because the chlorine was soo strong. He then broke out into a rash after getting back to the room and I had to go buy benadryl. I finally talked to a manager after 2 days and all she could say is I'm sorry. She didn't really care about customer service.

Went here with family and my kids/ myself hated it. We went to the arcade today and there was only one younger lady in about her 20s doing everything. SHE DID GREAT! She had NO ONE helping her. She was doing her best that she could. She did great but there needs to be another person there to help her. She did amazing but she was the only helpful one. There is no one that should be left by themselves in a big fast pace building. There was another lady that came up behind the counter that was a bit older and shorter but she di... read more
