We had our first date there one year ago... And tonight, we had our first anniversary as a couple. We loved this restaurant before, but because it was our anniversary, they really gave us the VIP treatment. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dining experience. My girlfriend and I LOVE it!!!
The perfect combination of clásic style, emblematic place and stunning service.
Our server and the atmosphere was wonderful, however, I had to send my dinner back twice! They made no offer to discount or comp my/our meals. I'd expect more from an "executive chef".

Just got home from an absolutely exquisite Grand Concourse dining experience. Oysters, shrimp cocktail, fresh bread and cocktails to get things started for my son's and wife's birthday celebration. Sea bass, Alaskan king crab and surf & turf for main courses and each was properly prepared and served timely by our friendly and professional server Herbert. (Ask for him. He's really got a handle on the menu and has a lifetime of experience). The views of the river and the city are spectacular as evening turns to night and the c... read more
We recently had our wedding at the Grand Concourse, and we couldn't have asked for a better venue. There were two managers helping us plan everything and answering all of our questions for months before the wedding.Thank you Brian and Dawn! We consistently hear that it is the best wedding that our family/friends have been to, and it doesn't seem like they are just embellishing for our benefit. The venue is obviously beautiful, and the food was the best I've had at a wedding. The service was superb as well. Susan and Colin (l... read more
Writing to tell you today at 5pm I had reservations for myself and my wife under James Zalin. It was for our 1yr wedding anniversary. We were greeted with an unpleasant woman who brought us to our table. Didn't say "hi" didn't ask how our day was. When we were seated we were not given menus. When our waitress arrived ask us what we'd like and noticed we weren't given menus by our hostess and showed frustration herself. Later the hostess handed us our menu's with a somber "her...Continue Reading

Apologies, Jim - we hate to hear this. Please fill out our feedback form, bit.ly/landrysfeedback, so that upper Management can reach out!
I thought the food was second grade. I would compare it to the Golden Corral, but 3 times the amount of money. We spent a lot of money for a view of the river cause the food sure wasn't worth it.
Second time there in a couple months. Will not be going again. We went a week before Christmas, ordered surf and turf the worse I've had in a long time. Went there again because friends wanted to go there on Valentine's Day, big mistake. Ordered a seafood pasta meal, there was about a quarter inch of oil setting on top of my food, it would have been impossible not to get oil on my clothes, which I did and the pasta was hard and sticking together. Terrible!
First time visiting last night and it was EPIC!!! Our waiter was the BEST!!
