This place has gone way down hill. A shame for such a beautiful and iconic location. 45 minutes get our entrees which were delivered cold. Stay away.
My steak was cooked just right. She loved her mahi mahi. Food came out very fast which I know is difficult on Valentine's Day. Our server was very polite. Would definitely come back
We had the brunch about 1:30pm...toward the end of their day...we enjoyed most of the food, but found that many of the buffet trays were empty and not refilled as often, which is understandable. Scrambled eggs were good, but didn't find much flavor in the omelets. The boiled shrimp were overcooked, and unpeeled which was messy on the hands trying to peel them at the table....I was particularly disappointed in this because we had dinner there around Christmas and the boiled shrimp were divine and pre-peeled! Our first time, we enjoyed our seating looking at the river. We had the crab cake to start and it was absolutely delicious! He had the surf in turf in which the lobster was melting in your mouth so good!! I had the sirloin which was very good as well! We will definitely be back again!!!! Great servers, very clean too!!
Atmosphere and manager was great. Beautiful view of the city and they even customized our menu's for a birthday. The food on the other hand was mediocre at best. Came out cold, small portions and not what you would expect for the price. The server was slower than molasses and had to wait every time for drinks! The manager did go get a new lobster tail and dinner for one in our party but it came back still not right but we let it go.
Unbelievable ambiance with tons of charm, stained glass, mahogany, and brass ornamentation. The food is superb. Not inexpensive but worth every penny. The River Room is okay but highly recommend the main dining room for the complete experience.
Beautiful atmosphere, great selection of food for brunch. Service was very slow. They seemed understaffed. It took 30 minutes to get our drinks.
Servers Juliana and Gregory went way above and beyond to make our family's brunch experience the best yet! They should be commended for their warmth, friendliness and positive spirits! Thank you.
We had late seating and felt rushed. Food was okay at best. Used to be favorite brunch place but won't be in a hurry to go back.
