First visit & loved everything! The receptionist gave us the history of the train station before seating us. Our server Juliana was excellent, the food was great with huge portions & the atmosphere was beautiful. We will definitely return.
What a great atmosphere, outstanding brunch selections and fabulous staff. Can't say enough about our server Chris - this was a last minute decision for end of weekend brunch with our son and had a fabulous time. We were not rushed, had beautiful table view - will be back again! Highly recommend
Service slow...had to look for wait staff, many food trays empty no clean plates..food average, roast beef not chewable. Entirely too much money for brunch won't do again
Best brunch ever! The warm donuts were amazing, as well as the omelette station. There is something for everyone. This is definitely a must try. I can't wait to go back to this beautiful building that serves a wonderful brunch.
My husband and I attended a party at The Grand Concourse yesterday. It was a truly memorable experience. The staff is SO kind and truly accommodating. They made us feel like "special guests". Additionally, the food was out of this world delicious, and the atmosphere is simply beautiful. I truly cannot wait for our next visit there.

Took my wife and daughter Saturday night for a belated Valentine's Day dinner. Let's just say it's not the place I have loved over the past 30 years. It was like pulling teeth to get a drink and an appetizer delivered to our table. When it did arrive our lobster bisque was lukewarm and getting cold fast. Received bread and pate 20 minutes later. We always enjoy brunch at Grand Concourse. The selection of food and service is consistently great. And have to have a Banana Fosters to finish meal!
