Beautiful place. Food was good as well. Would love to go back
Had 2 $25 rewards. My bill was $34. They used both rewards without asking me. Then the server told me that I still had a balance on the second reward. I don't know if she deliberately lied or not. Evidently they don't have to tell or ask you before using your rewards. They also don't care. They just say too bad, you should have deferred one. Their rewards system is very shoddy; even their staff doesn't know how it works.

Beautiful! You can imagine what it was like back in the 20's
Beautiful restaurant, but the food was horrible. To start out we didn't get our appetizer. The Prime Rib was cut so thin it was on the verge of being shaved and was cold just like the potatoes. Expected more from this establishment, very disappointing experience!

Excellent view. Service was great. I had A salmon dish fish was nice and fresh. Overall enjoyed a wonderful graduation lunch!!

I have always had the best service at the Grand Concourse. The food is extravagant! I don't order steak/lobster anywhere unless it's at the Concourse! I had David as a waiter yesterday, May 28th and he was absolutely wonderful. He made sure our time spent at the Concourse was perfect! I highly recommend requesting David, especially if you want a waiter who has class, personality, gives the best wine/drink recommendations, and knows the menu! THE GREATEST PLACE IN PITTSBURGH HANDS DOWN😁🍷
Was there for a wedding. The space was gorgeous and the food was amazing. The staff were very friendly and I will definitely be going back to try their brunch.
Beautiful venue, excellent food and service Cons: Wedding soup was a bit too salty and peppery, dance floor is non existent. Had a great time though!
