Service tonight was an end to end disappointment. Food was lukewarm at best, drinks had nearly no alcohol, and waiter struggled with basic concepts like refilling water and providing a heat source for the melted butter for the lobster tail. At least we didn't have the waiter 2 down, who was actively hostile to other employees and guests.
We had lunch there yesterday. A beautiful restaurant highlight the days where the simple act of serving food was an art. Our food was well prepared and was beautiful and delicious. Our server was polite and attentive. And I found the pricing very reasonable considering the surroundings. This was my first visit, but I assure you it will not be my last!
Had an awesome holiday lunch. Everything about this place is a class act! Service was outstanding and food was fabulous... gotta get the clam chowder!
We had a horrible lunch visit on Dec 26. All the food was cold, took forever to get our food, didn't get bacon on my apple and bacon salad, and inattentive waiter.

It is a beautiful place, used to go often, but had been awhile. Last night was a major disappointment. Our server was excellent, and kept apologizing. Everything was luke warm. We sent our soup back and was still lukewarm. The coffee was even lukewarm as was the food. My brother asked for broccoli instead of asparagus and got asparagus anyway. I had an amazing time. We had a private event and had an amazing bartender. The food was awesome. It is a beautiful building. Love this city.

WORST PLACE EVER! It's really expensive for food you can alot cheaper. I ordered filet mignon (medium rare). I also got soup for 6$. The soup was a joke! It came in a soup bowl but they only gave you three table spoons full...rip off! When my steak finally came they asked me to cut it to make sure it was done right.
