Billing issues, sent us to collections and said it was our fault. This is with a Fortune 500 company mind you. I would avoid them and just go with Lamberts or someone similar that is local. Very rude and difficult to deal with.
They absolutely over stock and continue to overstock items that are not used or popular. I would go online and adjust my product count to better represent what we use and they just gave us more product. We were sent to collections for past due invoices and I was never made aware my account was delinquent even though I had been on the phone with them every two weeks for the past two months. They simply just continued to send us invoices as if nothing was wrong and were great customers!
The best service out there. Coffee is the best I've had. Reliable service with on time deliveries. Five stars!
Definitely not the worst, they are actually pretty good. People can have their opinions totally understandable.
I just had a cup of Standard Coffee in an Italian and it is the best tasting coffee I've ever tasted. I wish I could order it from your company. Loved it. Cam
This is the worse company ever.... I have used three and this company takes the prize.. Just horrible...
Overpriced and a tendency to overstock clients.
Avoid at all costs. Terrible at billing and will send you to collections over bills that we already paid. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with and we work with hundreds of vendors. Even worse than AT&T at customer service.
Our delivery driver, David Rigsbee, has bent over backwards to give us great service over the past 15 years. He has worked hard to expedite service requests when our water filter system conked out on us. The corporate office is not as responsive as we'd like, but our local guy is outstanding.
