After some unfavorable service while attempting to purchase a vehicle due to an inexperienced and unprofessional sales manager, Tony Iskandar stepped in and resolved my concerns quickly, professionally, effectively, and personally. My interactions with him and my initial interactions with Derek Hum have been great. I am very happy with the way my issues and concerns were addressed after a previously horrible interaction with a gentleman that claimed to be a general sales manager.
Service department is great! Sales department is horrible. 1st service department always wants me to buy my car here than Honda World. So I gave it a shot here and Tim insulted me. First he said Americans do not like taking stairs to see their new cars. I said lets take stairs. Second they are two thousand dollars more than pasadena Honda and Sierra Honda. Service 30 minutes after the sale was terrible. No one returned my calls, didn't know if car was being worked on and service dept did not know where my car was.
