My 2nd purchase and Goudy Honda and I couldn't be happier! Francisco Alvarez and Ricardo D Gallegos took their time showing me all the great features on my new car. Mr. Deville is the BEST. Also, it was s pleasure working with Jerry Ramirez. He was down to earth, such a sweat young man and he was also extremely professional. All our concerns and request were not ignored, he was so helpful and made our transaction as smooth as possible :) :) ;) !!!!!!!!!! I must say, STAY AWAY from Tito!!! He is an arrogant, disrespectful MAN!!!!!! Not sure how or why this man is working there !!!
I purchased my car May 2016 and it hasn't even been a year and I've taken this car for maybe about 4-5 different services and now I'm having some electrical issues with the vehicle. I called the dealership and spoke with Jessica from the service department she said all I can do is drop my car off and the "might" get to it the next day. I asked about a loner since this is my only car and she said they wouldn't provide me with one. Mind you this is an electrical issue not because I was being negligent towards my car
