This is my 3rd time leasing a car here, so I think that says a lot in itself. While I am walking distance away from another Honda dealership, this is my dealership of choice. Amazing service. Let's point out the positives. We always easily draw to the negative. Jim went above and beyond for my car today. Ana in service was helpful and nice. The girls at the front desk were patient and sweet. My car is a 2010 and runs smooth with no problems due to Goudy always inspecting it and telling me what it needs. I trust them and are honest. I live in the Long Beach area and drive all the way to the city of Alhambra to get my car serviced by Goudy Honda. Every time I call the service department to see if they could squeeze me in to get my car serviced, they always respond with, "Come on in, We will wait for you" I want to give my gratitude to the best customer service agent Ana Mendez, and for sharing pic of your puppy with your customers .
