why so many bad reviews???
I don't usually write bad reviews for business, but this situation actually pissed me off. Negotiation was already done, and we agreed on price and car's condition. However, after signing some paperwork, they helped me to run my credit for interest rate. We waited for 30 minutes without getting response from BOA. I told them I got preapproved, and they could give me options contract for the loan. While waiting for them preparing the contract, the manager (Art Cheng) told me that they could not sell the car to me at that pric... read more
This place make me wait for more the 4 hrs and 1/2 for oil change and a light with appointment so i won’t recommend this place to do car service 😡
This place is the most welcoming Honda ever! Greeted by their sales rep Jerry. Test drove the 2017 honda civic ex-t and walked out with a brand new 2018 honda civic ex-t!! Car sales are always a hassle at other dealerships but the sales manager and sales rep both made my car buying experience a delight. Get your next car here at Goudy Honda!
