Bought a Honda Accord 2018 from you guys last year with low miles and today had to replace the battery because it was really bad. Not sure how cheap the stock batteries are but it’s concerning for new buyers. Also the latch on the trunk to pull for the back seat to fall was loose. Recently noticed since never had to drop the back seat before. Now will have to come out of my pocket to repair it.
I come here alot and service is consistently bad for some reason. Every time I come they seem to not realize I have an appointment so my wait ends up being an hour or more than it should be. I have already addressed the matter twice with them. It seems to be part of their protocol to put you under no appointment if they fail to upsell you on additional services. Today I purchased a new 2020 Honda Insight EX from Goudy Honda. I went to at least 10 other dealerships and all of them had the typically pushy salesperson feel except for Goudy. A guy named Marco helped me out, he showed me the car the features, did a test drive and told me the price. I didn't get locked up in a room for 10 hours like most Dealerships haha. If you want to deal with people who treat you like a human, come here. Marco was our guy and he made us feel so comfortable the entire time. He treated us with kindness and respect from the moment we stepped foot onto Goudy Honda, even though he knew it was our first day car shopping and didn't know what we were even getting.
