I made an appointment for an oil change and it took them 1 hour and 15 mins for them to call me back for my car. I made an appointment because their wait time without an appointment I always over an hour. I don't get why it took them so long. Very disappointed. Also once they called me over to get my vehicle I walked over from there wait area, the girl in he cashier re did not have my paperwork, once she took care of everything else, I waited over 10 mins for my car to be brought out.
