I've purchased a odyssey from your dealership and have had two of my other vehicles serviced at your dealership no complaints from me, real great quality service in a timely matter I do have one complaint though, your mechanics drive the cars really fast in the shop, it's not their vehicle to be driving in that matter. The manager who can speak mandrine is very rude and has attutude. You are a car dealer, how come did you insulate your custermor? You does not fit the position, you need to be trained to learn how to treat your custermor!!!
Sad to say, after being a customer for over 15 years and purchasing 3 cars my last experience will be just that, my last. The "Internet manager" Efrain Gutierrez was unprepared, rude and condescending to my 73 year old mother who was there to buy an economical car at a good price. At the end of the day she purchased a great car for just under $10,000 across the street at Toyota!
