I must say I have been disappointed in the service here! I have taken my car in for service and my car is returned with oil hand prints on the car and let's not mention I received my car back 6 hours later just to have brakes changed.Out rages and inconvenient. Furthermore, I wanted to have a sun-visor replaced and it was passed warranty, but I bring it to another dealership and it gets replaced for pretty much free. Goundy, please revisit where your customer satisfaction level and priorities are.
I absolutely love this dealership! I bought an Accord back in 2007, it was the most reliable car I've ever owned. I've had about 5 different cars. I decided in March to get a new car. Javier took care of me, he was awesome patient not pushy really listened to what my needs and wants were. Mike DeVille, Javier, and Jim have all been helpful!
