2425 Samaritan Dr, San Jose, CA, 95124, United States
Get directionsIt may be a great hospital but trying to contact a patient is all but impossible by phone. If you call the phone may ring 30 plus times before an operator picks up. 🙁 Then your connected to the wrong room/bed. Been trying to reach my friend today only getting a stranger eight different times.
Business response:
Thank you for the honest feedback, Mr. Maquire. We are committed to the satisfaction of our patients and want to apologize for any issues you experienced regarding our phone system. We are committed to taking this feedback and working to improve and appreciate you taking the time to share.
Just got out today. Overall everyone that I dealt with there working were patient, nice and helpful. I hate being in hospitals ever but if have to be this is the only hospital I can honestly say is the best as for employees. I can’t thank them enough for their patience and kindness to me.
Business response:

this hospital is not a first class trauma center, my grand daughter is in there fighting for her life and she should be in Vanderbilt, but was told she could not be moved due to medical center policy, and my grand daughters insurance, I highly recommend all to seek medical treatment else where.

Fantastic, caring people who know their stuff! They took great care of my mom.
My father was brought there January 10th 2018. He remains in ICU for 2 weeks with zero brain function due to a massive heart attack. Our family is desperate to find the last names of his 2 night nurses. Wayne and Sheila. Please forward me their last names so I can forward via the hospital our appreciation.
Business response:
