I work in Murfreesboro 1 week out of the month. im a member of golds in Birmingham So I was expecting a similar experience. I was wrong. The layout here is very weird. The weight machines could be updated but, they're usable. The cardio machines are very close to each other and there isn't much room to move around. The worst part of my experience was the locker room. They need to gutted and totally renovated. It was dark, dingy and dirty. Love it, staff & co-members are always super helpful. It's a must for leg day, you can't beat pushing the sleds and walking lunges on the artificial turf. Very clean, great equipment.

Great equipment and friendly staff, but unprofessional. Complaints are received but problems are never fixed. The Wifi NEVER works and the showers are always cold and the locker rooms are always filthy. With so many members one can hardly move during peak period, they can afford to correct customer concerns. Yet they don't... You get what you pay for, I guess.
