This Northern Murfreesboro location is excellent! Lauren and Tiffany make this place welcoming and warm. The staff as a whole are always there to help, patient and friendly. Ideally, I'd love it if the location expanded to allow more classes and a larger free weight area but there is always something open that'll give you a good workout!
Nice facility, great staff and the kids enjoy the childcare area! Not as busy as the rest of the locations on most nights during the popular hours after work so there's no waiting or adjusting the WOD to accommodate a crowd of peeps.
Love the friendly staff especially Lauren and Tiffany at the front desk. The staff is always friendly and professional. The facility is clean and well kept.
Golds Gym North is by far the best one in Murfreesboro! Friendly and professional staff(especially Tiffany up at the front desk). Good equipment and nice atmosphere! Never had an issue with this gym.
RecommendedDoing the Functional Fitness class has been amazing. Suzie is a great coach and always has well designed workouts that are always challenging and practical. I feel as though my overall fitness level has definitely improved since starting the Functional Fitness. The Functional Fitness area is just big enough for the class sizes that we have, but sometimes we run out of room because people are constantly joining. That goes to show that something must be right.

The best gym in Murfreesboro. Friendly, polite and helpful staff!!!! The manager Lauren is fantastic. Please go check their facility out, you wont be displeased!!!!!!
