RecommendedBeen going here for years. They make you feel like family. Almost to a fault lol. Very friendly people that want to be a part of a gym family will talk your ear off but respect your workout when you walk away lol. Would highly recommend this place. Made a lot of my transformations at this gym.

RecommendedI love the classes because AT (Asniel) is the best instructor they have there. I think he should instruct more than one class a week and I am sure others would agree. I understand the safety measures that have to be taken for COVID but they moved all the machines outside on the second floor of the parking structure. RecommendedI’m one of the trainers here and this is by far the best gym I have worked for! The staff is the best, the members are always fun to interact with and there is wide range of equipment for literally everyone. It’s like a second home and it’s always a fun time here!
RecommendedIts clean and has a welcoming feeling. Its a great place for a workout. I do not use any of the classes but they are available. They have the option of using weight machines and free weights. It really is a great place workout.
