Chris Leiphart I helped you cancel your membership just like you asked to be done. I don't know what you feel I did to you that was not professional. My staff and I answered all your questions. How long you've been a member. Removed your payment that wasn't paid in June & etc. Have a good and enjoy your membership at whatever Gym you join.

Cleanest gym I’ve been to! Equipment has been marked clearly for social distancing,!/along with directional arrows. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Lots of room for activities!
Clayton Arnold and the entire Gold’s gym staff have gone above and beyond to make our community’s gym safe during these uncertain times. They continue to put our safety and health first. Members are also doing their part to keep the gym safe.
I received no notification that the gym was reopening after the Covid-19 shutdown. I did not get an email, text, or letter. I was automatically re-enrolled and charged. I called within minutes of being charged inquiring and they said nothing could be done. I am uncomfortable attending the gym due to health concerns.
