The Hot Barre class that Lauren teaches is awesome. It is a great full body workout. She is attentive to everyone in her class and makes sure they are in good shape, physically and mentally.

Great facility, staff and other members. I have been a member for two years and looking to staying a member for many more.
The set up is better then any other golds gym! Management and staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
Had me as a guest from Knoxville for a few days. An excellent, clean, spacious gym. Loved the indoor turf area and track as well. Get in and get what you need done. Can’t ask for much else.
Please don’t let them fool you when they say no commitment.
