A gym like no other! Not sure what I love more... the 40 yard indoor field, the huge functional training area, or the setup of all the equipment in the middle of the running track. Cool place.
This is a great gym to workout in!! Lots of variety and everything you need to achieve your fitness goals
Great functional training classes for all levels, perfect sauna, track, & my favorite is the Hot Yoga studio on Northfield. Great Barre classes, Non heated classes, as well as the hot yoga classes. Something for all ages. Childcare staff is wonderful as well.
I love the convenience of having one by my work and my house 😍
