Is there a reason why you advertise free water for platinum members, but North is almost always out of water? seems they should be credited 50 cents for every visit you don't have water. How hard is it to go to Kroger and buy some water? Ijs
Absolutely love this gym! So much equipment! And a huge turf that can be used for multiple exercises! Been a member here for 4 years, and plan on continuing my membership as long as Im in TN!
I loved it mostly for Two years until they stole money out of my account and refuse to answer my inquires, buyers beware , according to BBB an F ratings mostly for stealing money.
I have been with this gym for about 6 months I have found that the staff is good but that's the only plus I have the bathroom never seems to be clean there is always trash on the sink the paper towels are never stocked the shower has had glass In it as I know of 3 times ( by which my foot has found it) I was told I'd get a credit for my trouble n never did I made a 20 dollar payment which is mia never to be found again and more importantly they have over drafted the bank.I have had issues getting the account straight because... read more
