The new manager is awesome. She has turned the gym around to where anyone and any level or age feels comfortable. My hats off to Ashley and Anthony. Love this gym.

I really don't have any problems with the gym other than the fact the music is overwhelming blaring most of the time. I don't find it necessary to have music so loud to where I cannot even hear my own music much less get a headache after listening for about an hour into my workout. That's the only change I would suggest, ease up on the volume of the music.

Get someone reliable to open on Sundays. Sat for a hour today and no one showed up. This happens far too often. Too much of the gym is taken up by the Crossfitters, they blast their music so loud I can hear it over my own headphones. Forget about trying to do abs anywhere. The turf seems like a perfect place but it's full of equipment. The original lockers were fine, why switch to the cheap particle board one's that break easily. The north side of town is booming.
