This is not the Gold's Gym I joined over 2 years ago. The dark neon lighting looks horrible and makes the gym a dark and depressing place. Each day it is something new and darker. When I walk inside it reminds me of Planet Fitness not Gold's Gym.
This may come as a surprise to ownership. Your members would much appreciate the equipment being repaired in a timely manner as opposed to painting the entire gym 5 times in the last 2 months. I pay $60 a month to use the facility not watch you paint it. This is getting ridiculous. Way too many gyms in the area to think you can't lose members. The clock is ticking
Platinum Membership with Nissan discount is less than a $1 a day fore & my family. Worth it...
The last year at golds gym has really disappointed me along with many others. There is equipment stacked on top of each other everywhere and why on earth would you paint the walls to look like planet fitness?! Next will be a eject button and security. The new lighting in the free weight section is way to dark. I don't know if I should be getting ready for a romantic candle light dinner or getting ready to dance in a club. Golds gym just isn't the same golds anymore!
There not a single normal light left in the place. It's nothing but blacklights now. It's dark in that place! Makes for a horrible gym atmosphere. Plus most of the 5 star reviews are from the owner and employees themselves. Not actual members. Will be cancelling my membership soon.
