I've lived in Sandy creek Apts.for about 3 years and it's been a great experience.the Apts.offer great layouts and as a whole provides great access to surrounding businesses and hot spots.they provide amazing and beautiful management who's easy to converse with.
I've lived in Sandy creek Apts.for about 3 years and it's been a great experience.the Apts.offer great layouts and as a whole provides great access to surrounding businesses and hot spots.they provide amazing and beautiful management who's easy to converse with.

Rent from them because they are monopolistic in fargo and choices are limited. Had a maintenance emergency - locked out on a cold night - of apt and garage with car. After waiting 30 to 40 mins to hear from maintenance, it'll take them another 30 to 40 to get here...do u know what fargo is like during the winter at 4 in the morning?!?! Best not to put a lot of faith and reliance in them.
