*if you are not a influencer expect terrible service* My one sewin track came off a week after the appointment. Which shocked me because the lady that did my hair I think is the owner/ manager! I’ve been here twice and always while I am enroute to the appointment they text and ask me to move my appointment a hour later etc… if I booked a specific time that’s the time I planning to arrive and you should be ready and waiting! Have found somewhere else with better service. Won’t be returning

Supposed to be a versatile sew in and bundles colour match. Second time I’ve been let down. Won’t be returning again.

I had such a great experience here! This was my first time getting my hair done in London and my expectations were well met. I absolutely love my hair and it’s exactly how I wanted it to be. The ladies were also very sweet!

This is just constructive feedback. A lot of these places can do hair well, but they lack good customer service skills. Influencers will recommend a place, but you may not get the same treatment as them. It was my first and last time. I will not be going back! I definitely will not recommend.
