I am surprised! – I am surprised at the number of negative reviews. I have been going to J. Sisters for more than 6 months for facials. I always have a pleasant experience and I especially enjoy the relaxation/waiting room at the spa. I would definitely recommend going there.
Great hair cut, the best. Great highlights. The place is outrageously overpriced. But it is a lovely experience. It s worth every penny.

J. Sisters - is the best – Having tried other spa's in the NY area - I have found my navirna and thats it - the staff, treatments, retail et all at J. Sisters is the best.
Best Ever!!!! – The priece was upper income but the waxing and manicure was fastastic. Best I ever had.

Edgy yet down to Earth – If you want edgy, not cookie-cutter, this is the place for you. No attitude. Top of the line designers and colorists. See Jean Francois, Gregg, or Verqui for cuts. Britt for color. Amazing. Pricey-ish ($90-150 cuts) but so so so worth it. Hair products, especially Jean Francois Cocktail and Gregg Shampoo I can't live without.
Not worth the hype – I found the customer service to be a huge disappointment. It seemed the staff felt like they were doing me a favor. Nothing was warm about the environment. For these prices, I expect a little more effort. I will not return to J. Sisters.
