As a type 2 diabetic it's difficult to come across a low carb anything that tastes good. You hit it spot on.
These are the best boxes cookies I've ever had. The ingredients are flawless. I'm honestly impressed all around. That shows they care. Go Ginny!
Found a box by chance at a Marshall's in San Diego. I'm a celiac and I don't really shop around for cookies. Since I can't eat wheat. I thought the box was cute and when I saw they were gluten free I went crazy. Got the box and hugged it. My boyfriend was kind of freaked out, and I told him that it felt so good that someone cares for the ones who can't eat regular cookies. That made me so happy... Plus, they're so good that even he ate them with me.
the cookies are actually not the reason of my disappointment - the customer service is. i've tried to contact them via the website and left voicemail..no response. i've been buying loads of these cookies from amazon since there are truly not that many decent gluten free options out there, but at this point i'm feeling too bitter to continue��

My friend recently sent me a package with 8 boxes of Ginny Bakes cookies in an assortment of flavored. My favorites were the oatmeal coconut. I opened the last box last night and was disappointed to find they were rancid! I checked the expiration date and they had expired 13 days ago. Is it common for Ginny Bakes to send cookies out with such short Expiration dates?
