RIP OFF! My 18 yr son came into the service dept with his honda because check engine light came on and it was stalling. He also needed an alignment. They conned him into a lifetime alignment that was $300 and didn't fix the problem with the stalling. Instead them replaced a part that didn't need to be repaired and didn't solve the problem. He has spent over $1000 for nothing. We took it to another shop and had it fix properly and much cheaper. We will never use that dealership again.

Your son needed an alignment, but he did not have to get it done. He chose to have it done. We charge $169.00 for an alignment or $299.95 for lifetime alignments, so it is actually a huge bargain for anyone that wants to properly maintain their vehicle. Awful Dealership Read their mission statement - they do the exact opposite. Just like any other dealership experience, but worse. Employees are extremely unprofessional. Read fine print carefully.

Very good experience Troy worked with us he was patient and friendly. Very happy with our choice. All employees were helpful. The building was very clean, and nicely laid out. Over all a very good experience.

service seems to be great david in service rocks, he took very good care of me!!!! i came in a few tamest get an oil change. the last time i came in i walked the lot to see about a new car. i argued for 2 hours back and forth. i got to service to pay for my oil change and david some how talked to them and i got the deal i wanted. after walking away twice!

Can you spell mysogyny? Stupid, disrespectful, angry, argumentative, dumb, defensive, can't add, refusing to provide basic information, unaware of basic business practices, suggesting a price and then withdrawing it, can't even find the internet-advertised vehicle...

Severely Disappointed I went into Surprise Honda with cash to purchase a new vehicle. I told the salesman exactly what I needed (AWD, Leather seats, Dark interior) and had already done my research. They only had 2 vehicles on the lot that met my criteria. I test drove a vehicle, left because they were playing the numbers game, and came back when the salesman called me with a number that I was willing to pay. This dealership does not respect other people's time or commitments. Watch out and know that even if you have a time scheduled with them to view a car they will NOT honor that. They only care about selling the car to the first person. Spoke with their manager and he agreed that their "appointments dont mean anything other then a time reserved" poor service!

This dealership sells wrecked and repaired vehicles as new. The GM uses new vehicles as his personal vehicles and destroys them. Avoid at all costs.

"We pride ourselves on being fair and transparent" Ya ok? The managers there are cocky and not fair at all. They have their cars higher then KBB and have the audacity to add on more fees like recon fee and tire fees. The managers are ok with losing sales to maintain their pride. I feel bad for wasting the time of the kind salesman.
