Buyer beware, they advertised the price at 19,488 and then told me it would be 23,264 out the door cash price. WOW-thatâs incredibly deceptive advertising.

The salesperson I arranged to meet was unavailable when I arrived 15 minutes later and it took the new salesperson 20-30 minutes to locate the car. The advertised price was $15,488, I ended up paying 20% more, $18,433.09. I brought my spouse in the next day for her signatures. After she left, I had to wait for more than an hour for the car to be detailed. They didn't have my car ready even though they had more than 24 hours. The sales manager Jason is a dishonest person. I was ready to buy in cash for the advertised internet price $15.9. But after writing me an offer that I directly and quickly showed him was nothing better than the buy online option/Manager’s Special on your store website (highlighting the fact that his written offer included a $2k trade for my car...meaning he’s really not offering anything for my car). We enjoyed our visit at Surprise Honda. No pressure sales is greatly appreciated. The sales person Zach Tiner was courteous and answered all of our questions. The buying experience all the way thru the finance step more than met our expectations. We would not hesitate to recommend Surprise Honda to anyone interested in owning a Honda automobile.
