Brand new to the area and to this Honda dealership. Made an appointment for Tuesday, February 2nd, for an oil and filter change. My service tech, Larry Orris, was very cordial, knowledgeable and explained to me everything in detail as test showed that there were a couple of items besides the oil and filter change that needed to be addressed. These items were taken care of in a timely manner. I had a good experience and will return again when needed. Very pleased with this dealership and its staff.
SERVICE ADVISOR, LARRY ORRIS, WAS SO HELPFUL. CALLED AND UPDATED US, KEPT US INFORMED. WENT OVER PAPERWORK, LISTENED AND ANSWERED OUR QUESTIONS. IN THE FUTURE WILL RETURN , AND ASK FOR LARRY.
