The service department is very good for your Honda or Acura. They have competitive prices for parts and services. Al and Levi will take care of you. The waiting area is comfortable.

absolutely disgusting behavior. rudest dealership i have gone too by far. complete liars and extremely disrespectful. Nolen Right (Wright?) was the rudest sales manager i have spoken with. promised me $13000 out the door for the car i was interested. after promising me a price, he proceeded to run my credit and bring back the contract stating he could not sell the car for any less then $16000 and lied saying he never agreed with $13k, even though he signed a paper agreeing to it. he then proceeded to scream and yell about ho... read more

This is the price you can purchase the car for, but unfortunately you must also pay taxes, title, license fees and a doc fee. We appreciated your offer but we are unable to pay your taxes and fees for you. David McKee is my service advisor and has been for a very long time. He is always very kind and compassionate. He never tries to up sale anything and will work with you all the time. He has become a friend as well as my favorite Service Advisor. I think the best Surprise Honda has.
Mike Tormollan is the best. Very conscientious and he obviously enjoys his job! He went the extra mile for me. And a bonus: The car was clean and shiny.
