Fantastic Friendly, efficient service!!!!!!! I was in and out of the dealership before my coffee was finished. My Honda Civic was bought at another dealership and had my oil changed there. It is quit a distance from my home, I was very excited that the 303 dealership opened and that the customer service was outstanding so I will be a return customer!
Best car buying experience From the beginning this was a great experience. Saul Sanchez, our salesman, was welcoming, knowledgeable, and sensitive to all our needs. He's the best!!! Satisfied customer We were met by a salesman (Bob) as we drove onto the lot to look at cars. From that point on Bob stayed with us & made sure we found what we were looking for. Of the staff that we met they were friendly & attentive.
experience I have dealt with many salesman and dealership though the years, but Surprise Honda has been the best dealership to work with. They were very friendly and made leasing a car easy, not stressful like many dealerships. Saul has a great personality and was not pushy or relentless in trying to get me to buy or lease a car. I would definitely go back to Surprise Honda to buy or lease a car again.
Oil change Polite and helpful as well as quick. Helpful regarding a small chip on the hood of the car. Technician applied paint to repair and showed me how to apply in the future.
