Gave away private information We bought a car from Surprise Honda. A month later we receive a letter from Allstate Insurance regarding our application. We did not apply for insurance from Allstate. Called the dealer and learned that the owner owns an Allstate office which is located in dealership and manned by dealership employees. So Surprise Honda has zero problem giving away our private information such as address, income and social security numbers. Wonderful Experience, Highly Recommend Them Fantastic customer service. No high pressure. Wonderful "car buying" experience. I highly recommend this dealership. Sean, the internet manager, was fantastic on the phone and in person. He was knowledgeable and personable and a valuable employee to have at this dealership.
NO HARD SELLS GREAT WAITING AREA! I had to go to Surprise Honda because my 16 year old CRV's after market alarm system was randomly engaging. David from the service department agreed with me the best (and cheapest) thing to do was to simply disable it. He quoted me a half hour of labor for the job. The job took slightly longer because of the way it is integrated. There was no addition charge.
