My service representative, Nick, was not very good. I was sitting in the waiting area and he just stood in the hallway and waived me over. When we were finally at his desk, he “forgot” his password and asked me to step back in the waiting area for 5 minutes while he tried to reset his system - that was almost 11 am and the shop has been opened since 7am!
